So my mum was in New York for mothers day, so I spent last sunday at Louise’s parents. Louise cooked dinner and baked lots of cup-cakes… they were awesome, and our niece enjoyed them.
Last Sunday I was at Rowton Hall Hotel, Chester, for a wedding that was full to the brim with laughter. Everybody was enjoying themselves including, most importantly, the bride and groom.
It was our first wedding since we got married in January, so the hustle and bustle of the day brought back memories. Being a wedding photographer, after actually having a wedding of your own, is great, you get a good understanding of the day, and realise there’s no need to be in a mad panic. The day goes well no matter what.
I was bracing myself for bad weather for this one, heavy rain all day, luckily the weather man got it wrong again!!
The venue was great, with lots of nice locations for shots, which made life easier for me and Louise.
Claire and Ed are a lovely couple and looked fantastic together.
All the best.
Here are just a some of our images from the day.

Went to my brothers local park to catch some shots of his Neice and Nephews. A lovely family, very photogenic, which made my job easy. Meeting up again as one of the nephews was a tad poorly that morning.

Louise was recently asked to model for a local bridal shop, Red Rose Bridal, on Boldmere Road, for thier annual catwalk show at the Moor Hall Wedding Fayre. Red Rose have held shows there for over 40 years. Louise being a good wife managed to mention I was a photographer, so I was asked to take some photos of the brides in their gorgeous outfits. It was fun, plenty of visitors, and a lovely venue. I took plenty of shot, may add some more soon.
The models were great, and Louise was fantastic, I think she’s been booked in for next year. Best of all she was able to wear her wedding dress again, so I could take some shots of her, she banned me from taking photos at our own wedding

Just received new business cards from Moo Print. Really nice, as you can have images of your choice for the back of the cards.
Shots taken with the Sigma 1.4 50mm lens. Awesome lens, much nicer than the previous 50mm I had.
Taking some shots on sunday, at a West Midlands bridal fair, for a nearby bridal shop so should be able to make use of the lens then.
